1. On our first night the hotel was booked out and we were given a room on the smoking floor which was terrible.

2. If I was on a budget then yes, there is nothing terrible about The Bentley, but if I was going to splash the cash on hotels in NYC then no.

4. All in all, a terrible place to stay and I would advise any traveller visiting NYC to steer clear of this hotel.

6. The room was nice sized and the bed was really comfortable and clean but the air conditioning was terrible had to leave the shade down all the time and the room was 78 degrees - making sleeping impossible for me.
