1. I knew that for some strange reason the hotel chooses not to provide coffee-making facilities in the bedrooms, and I would have put up with that, but the lack of cleaning, and pathetic fitness facilities means that this is no longer the hotel for me.

3. Only criticisms were thin-ness of walls making for interesting listening (better than TV) and seriously though lack of enforcement of no-smoking rule despite $250 fine was very annoying as it was obvious that people were smoking on my floor and smell was drifting in every morning.

9. v, safe box, lack of toilet roll, clothes hangers,(draw your own conclusions) where promptly dealt with.
