That was a gross error and we could have
avoid
ed the inconvenience and craziness of hopping the train on that day to get downtown and could have simply walked over to the parade route from our hotel if I had received the correct information.
"The staff would have liked it better if they had had no guests to serve.... "

??? I then verified that if I had recieved a notice from the night before, or the morning of, I would have been able to visit the front desk, had my keys validated, and

ed the incovenience of what had occurred.
