1. The only downside was that the place is a bit tired looking with furniture in the rooms that has seen better days and few extras like a coffee pot or refrigerator.

3. There is a bar at the top of the hotel which offers the most amazing views of the Queensboro Bridge, the only downside was that it didn't seem to open until quite late evening so after a day's sightseeing we were a little disappointed that we could not finish the afternoon in the bar.
