1. The furniture was poor quality, they put us in a room with a view; but the view was of a giant rooftop pipe and gravel walkway, we had to close our shades.

9. The only, and very minor, complaint I can think of was the poor TV reception in the room, but hey who needs TV when you're visiting Manhattan.
