4. After complaining numerous times we were finally moved to the 18th floor the next day and for our trouble we were given free wifi for the duration of our stay (usually $10 oer night) which was really nice of them.

8. We complained about how the smaller beds were not an 'upgrade', so the staff attempted to switch us to a second-floor room with a king bed, but it was WAY too loud (we could hear shouted conversations between pedestrians outside) and the air conditioner sounded like a freight train.
