4. It looked out onto York Avenue, which is a busy road, but I sleep pretty well anywhere so that wasn't a problem for me: lighter sleepers might have issues.

6. I have walked by and there always seems to be an 'issue' being discussed regarding an upset customer.

7. Only issue is that it is approx 5 blocks away from the main strip (Lexington Ave) so its a good 5-10 mins walk.

9. The bigger issue I have with this hotel, however, is they are untrustworthy with packages and don't have your back if there is an issue.

10. We stayed 3 mights and called maintenance 6 times for issues, then of the three elevators one was broken and it a long wait the elevators were old or something not high speed by any means.
