1. If I had one complaint the sheets smelled overly of bleach which took a little bit of getting used to when first climbing into bed.
"Impressed " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/19/2012 Vote
2. Only criticisms were thin-ness of walls making for interesting listening (better than TV) and seriously though lack of enforcement of no-smoking rule despite $250 fine was very annoying as it was obvious that people were smoking on my floor and smell was drifting in every morning.
"Good price and location " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/14/2011 Vote
3. We settled on the room with 2 double beds due to the horrendous smell on the smoking floor and ended up having to sleep in separate beds the entire trip because both of us could not fit into their tiny version of a double bed (and we are average-sized people).
"Worst hotel we have ever stayed at " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/15/2011 Vote
4. You know how some hotels can have an awkward smell? Well this one doesn't.

5. The room smelled of smoke, which was mixed with mold smell.

6. The doorman was always courteous, bellhop was capable, and the artificial narcissus in the halls looked so realistic, I was tempted to smell it.
"Sweet view of the East River and 59th Street bridge " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/2/2010 Vote
7. the smoking floor was so rancid with stale smoke smell, my friend who is a smoker moved to a non-smoking floor because she was so nauseated, no hot breakfast, only buffet with toast, fruit cereal etc.
"No hot water in this hotel! " Read full review on Expedia   11/17/2009 Vote
8. The fact that the item was missing had been reported by Hotel Housekeeping, incidentally the same Hotel Housekeeping that had allowed a room that smelled strongly of tobacco smoke to be occupied by non-smoking guests.
"Bad aftertaste from the Bentley " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/21/2009 Vote
9. I went down to reception and advised them of the smell because I did not want to be charged the advertised penalty of $250 for having the room cleaned following our departure.
"Bad aftertaste from the Bentley " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/21/2009 Vote
10. The hotel is very easy to find, there is parking underneath the hotel for $20/day +tax (however when we picked up our car it had a foul odor in it - it took about 1/2 hour to get rid of the smell with the windows down).
"Would stay again " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/25/2007 Vote
