1. For a short break in Manhattan you really can't go wrong with this hotel, short walk to all the subway stations, a view of the Empire State Building from the roof terrace and Macy's at the end of the block.

8. We booked a queen superior room with thomas cook as they said this was the last room avaliable at the hotel it was a bit pricey but we thought as its superior it would be very nice and plush and how wrong were we.
