1. There was very little, if any noise from other guests and we heard very little traffic noise too it certainly didn't disturb us- brilliant given that you're between 5th and 6th ave.

I don't usually write reviews but feel so strongly about the arrogant, ignorant and rude staff at this hotel, from the reception staff to the breakfast staff and in particular the Night Porter who just wants to sleep on the reception sofa all night and if you disturb him when returning after a night out you will get abuse.
