1. avoid the franchises/chains/deli markets - you will just get takeaway stuff with (again) disposable utensils even if you 'eat in'.

8. However, I would say avoid the Metro Grill Bar - the service is poor (they serve multiple clients at one time and emphasize speed over customer service), we were told that the gratuity was compulsory and the bar staff refused to remove it from the bill.
