1. Upon turning on the light I noticed I had bites on my hands and arms and I got up and saw TWO bed bugs crawling right where I just was.

2. The doctor confirmed that they were bed bug bites immediately and prescribed me with a ten day course of antibiotics and steroid cream.

3. It was clearly obvious that the bites were caused by bed bug bites and not mosquitoes as they had first suggested.

4. I told him everything that had happened, and he simply answered with I am aware of the situation, but then proceeded to tell me that the bugs that were found in the bed were not bed bugs.

5. When I returned later in the day, I asked the concierge if they would be able to dry our clothes - since there were bed bugs, I didn`t want to risk moving them from room to room and possibly being bitten again.
