2. At first I thought the front desk made a mistake because the room was not listed as we stepped off the elevator, not realizing it was a Premium room; very trendy, 2 bathrooms, robes & slippers, 2 Hdtvs, a sitting area sofa, the beds were very comfortable, & complementary cocktails.

5. When we arrived in New York we took the Subway to a block away from our hotel by mistake - when there is a subway literally at the end of the street the hotel is on.

I arrived at the hotel with bags in hand, no help at the door, after dragging my stuff up the stairs and inside, I find out there was a 'mistake' with my reservation (actually, they claimed I was the one who made a mistake) and I was supposed to have stayed the night before which they informed me they had already charged me for.
