1. One last mention for the roof terrace - unfortunately the bar was not open due to weather being on the cool side, but the view of the Empire State Building was something else.

6. At that time only some of the rooms had been renovated and unfortunately we didn't manage to get one but the room we did get, while basic was clean and spacious.

7. Theres one thing that lets this lovely central hotel down and unfortunately its the staff or 90% of them very rude and unhelpful, only one receptionist was really nice and 1 doorman who was nice.
