1. The lighting is poor around the mirrors, so it's a bit hard to see when you're getting ready.

2. We never got round to using the rooftop bar as we hardly stopped during our stay but we viewed it from the ESB as it is literally on top of the hotel metro, fantastic.

4. took a family room over looking main entrance although the hotel was perfect ,extremley clean decor excellent , hotel staff very good, it was very noisy on a night especially with bin wagons and workmen ,i know this is no fault of the hotel but after a hard day exploring the last thing you need is to be kept awake .

9. The breakfast at the hotel is ok, as you will see you don't get a breakfast hardly anywhere in NY hotels, it consists of pastries, bagels, cereal and tea/coffee/fruit juice and massive muffins.
