4. The light in the bathroom is too dim to put on makeup, and although the room size would allow, there is a serious lack of storage.

7. ROOM NEGATIVES: About the only complaint we had was the lack of lighting; after sunset the lighting was so faint that it was incredibly difficult to read in bed or see really well in the corners of the room.

9. Massy welcomed us to the hotel with a broad smile and full of cheer which was lovely, he took us to our room and apologised at the lack of view as we were on the twelfth floor and looked out onto other bulidings.
