1. The lighting is poor around the mirrors, so it's a bit hard to see when you're getting ready.

Free tea & coffee was real bonus and we looked forward to the breakfast which was just ok consisting of cereals /bagels/ toast etc, but the area for consuming this was poor and meant jostling to find somewhere to sit and often the table surfaces were dirty and no one seemed to be cleaning them other than a courtesy wipe.
