We had a meal in the Metro Grill, which was not very good, while waiting and then only discovered from the
unhelpful
staff on reception that there was a room free by asking repeatedly despite our being sat in reception.

The lady on reception was so

, when I first enquired about the room to be refunded they simply dismissed this idea and said that there was nothing they could do as it was booked through a third party.
