1. We thought it was fixed, but it started playing up again so I went down stairs and explained that it was still too noisy so they offered to switch rooms to prevent this problem continuing.

6. took a family room over looking main entrance although the hotel was perfect ,extremley clean decor excellent , hotel staff very good, it was very noisy on a night especially with bin wagons and workmen ,i know this is no fault of the hotel but after a hard day exploring the last thing you need is to be kept awake .
