3. The staff was extremely extremely helpful, I didn't get any names unfortunately but everyone from the front desk to housekeeping were all very accommodating, always with a smile as well.

4. unfortunately, we had to walk by some of the famous Times Square shopping in the process of doing so, and always managed to drop a bundle.
