1. No restaurant or bar in the hotel, but given the location that wasn't a problem.

3. Really professional, clean, service oriented hotel, had a problem with our air condition and they were prompt in trying to fix the problem, when they could not tjey helped us move rooms and gave us a free upgrade, Also they held our luggage before and after checkin for free.

4. Another towell for drying hair would have been nice, but i didn't feel it was too big a problem that i needed to request one.

6. We had a few problems with not having face towels one night or clean cups but they brought them up right away when we told them.

7. We had a problem with one of the 'for purchase' items that was knocked over by mistake and when i spoke to staff at reception and they saw it was unopened were more than happy to remove it from the room charge.
