1. I had minor dissatisfaction with no ice machine on the floor, extra charges if you wanted to use the business computer (although wi-fi for my laptop was free) and those ridiculously expensive in-room drinks and snacks.

2. friendly staff, quick check in/outall major theatres within 5 mins walk (lion king theatre is 2 minutes away for example)we found the breakfast menu to be expensive so ate every day at the cranberry deli around the corner (this was our main dining place, lthough simple, covered all bases).
