1. Only two negative remarks: poor free wifi (we could not skype) and when you have a room at the street you hear the 'zoooom' of the airco of the other buildings.

3. All in all the staff were friendly and helpful, and for the short amount of time we spent in the rooms, the negative points I have mentioned weren't really a big issue.

The few negatives that I can think of are that there are no ice machines, room didn't have a cordless phone, hotel charges a connection fee for Toll Free Calls, turndown service was not automatic and had to be requested, there was thick dust on the top of the dresser where I kept my luggage (my bag got dirty but was able to wash the dust off), and my sink was draining very slowly.
