3. When you turned on the a/c unit located adjacent to the desk the heavy smell of pet urine wafted up our noses and then circulated around the room.

5. While our stay in NYC was fun and fabulous, less than 24hrs into our stay we noticed a heavy smell of dog urine in the room's hallway outside of the desk area (you could see the stains as well).
