3. Convenient to Bryant park for breakfast coffee and bagel, opposite une, deux trois for heavenly food any time of the day, you would be hard pressed to find anything more central, affordable and friendly.

7. I know it's only a detail, but come on, how hard is it to bring a bucket of ice to your guests when there's an ad in the room saying that you just have to call and they'll send you some ice right away.

10. rooms are extremely tiny (so small that it is hard to unpack an average sized bag) and some of them face a noisy and stinky air vent.
