1. The few negatives that I can think of are that there are no ice machines, room didn't have a cordless phone, hotel charges a connection fee for Toll Free Calls, turndown service was not automatic and had to be requested, there was thick dust on the top of the dresser where I kept my luggage (my bag got dirty but was able to wash the dust off), and my sink was draining very slowly.

3. We found the lifts terribly slow so being only on the 2nd floor just used the back stairs.

The elevators are slow, room lighting inadequate, night noise crazy, lack of desk or chair, guest complimentaries were not replenished, wifi did not work, slipperettes were charged for, only 6' of usable hanging space and despite an email and 3 requests at reception my welcome pack never arrived.
