1. My only real complaint (and is was such a pain), was the lack of hot water.

4. Being a bit of a claustrophobe the lack of view concerned me but the lighting and decor in the room is such that I felt fine.

5. The room is clean, updated and looks nice, but lacks the functionality of a suitcase rack or a counter in the bathroom (pedastal sink), and few towels.

7. Awful stay due to bad customer service/lack of cleanliness/dark rooms/ noisy AC/thin walls you can hear everything*Concierge/Front desk misplaced the message/envelope left at the front desk *Found cleaning gloves INSIDE the tissue box*The room is dark.

9. In mitigation the wired internet was free and reliable, free hot chocolate in reception was yummy,earplugs dealt with the street noise and my mini bar bill was reduced to compensate for the lack of goodies due upon arrival.

10. The elevators are slow, room lighting inadequate, night noise crazy, lack of desk or chair, guest complimentaries were not replenished, wifi did not work, slipperettes were charged for, only 6' of usable hanging space and despite an email and 3 requests at reception my welcome pack never arrived.
