2. I had minor dissatisfaction with no ice machine on the floor, extra charges if you wanted to use the business computer (although wi-fi for my laptop was free) and those ridiculously expensive in-room drinks and snacks.

Here's my take:PROS:* ridiculously central location (literally right next to Times Square)* Free WIFI* The elevators came quickly (this is worth calling out given this isn't always the case in NYC hotels I've stayed in)* Good pressure in the showerCONS: * Relatively functional room, but very small nonetheless, even for NYC standards.
