4. :Small room (we didn't mind because when you are in NYC the last thing you want to do is spend your days in the hotel; we also found it difficult to put our suitcases in a place that wouldn't get in our way)The bathroom was of a good size, but, we had to let the water running for quite a while, in order to be able to have a HOT shower (we were on the 14th floor, I don't know if this was the reason for this).

7. Staff was nice, lobby is congest and not 4 star, work out facilities below par, elevators are so strange, doors are only half size so they make getting on and off difficult, bathrooms are tight.

We loved the very comfortable bed and beautiful bedlinen, nice flatscreen tele, well stocked minibar,windows that actually open, and the bathroom was great - fantastic complimentary toiletries, and a great shower(contrary to another review, it is easy to operate-really can`t see what is so difficult about it.
