5. There were stains (hopefully rust) around the drainage hole in the sink, some cracks around the caulking around the walls and floors, the fixtures were showing their age with water spots and some fading, and the air vent was a little stained and dusty.

9. The carpet was old and stained, the tub lining was constantly pealing off as you took a shower, the water going down very slow, and the vent in the bathroom was filled with mold.
