Keep in mind that the tide pools south of the ocean near the heiau (Hawaiian temples) are part of the sacred historical areas and snorkeling should be

If we were going on an excursion it was easy to get to the Belt Highway by going south 1/2 mile to Kamehameha III Road, which connected to highway 11 and allowed us to
