1. One of the reasons we were hesitant to stay in Keauhou rather than in Kailua was the lack of plentiful drinking/dining options.

4. The only thing severely lacking in cleanliness (which was really strange considering how nice the room and reception area were) were the hallways and elevators, which are seriously in need of scrubbing or a coat of paint.

7. I am also more forgiving that my wife, who rates the Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort as a 6 due to the dated guest rooms, inferior washrooms (including the lack of proper bathtubs), and the general poor state of the physical building.
