3. There's ample parking space, and very little draw for outsiders to use the parking lot, it's just a shame that they'd nickel-and-dime customers.

4. It is also a shame that the beach bar has been closed but the Verandah Bar over the ocean seems to have taken on part of the role of this facility, with a limited menu of snacks and lights meals.
