1. There are more economical hotels closer to the center of Kailua-Kona, and there are more luxurious (and much more expensive) resorts further from town on the Kohala coast.

3. 00 parking, no Wi-Fi in room, Charge for internet on their computer(ok, but you can print boarding passes for free--that WAS nice), freezing cold small pool no hot tub, mediocre/expensive food in bar, teeny tiny bathroom / shower(although good water pressure).
