6. As with previous reviews, we found that the noise level in the room is very much neighbor dependent; if there's a noisy group in the hall, in the next door room, or on the outside deck, you hear their conversations.

7. The hotel building does need some loving care, as there are obvious maintenance projects to do such as painting, and the elevators definitely need an overhaul - they were noisy and frequently one of the three was out of order.
