4. Our room was comfortable, sheets were changed and clean, bathroom was clean (except I had to tell front desk twice that the sink was clogged), clean shower, but the green carpet is dated but didnt 'look' dirty.

6. I am also more forgiving that my wife, who rates the Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort as a 6 due to the dated guest rooms, inferior washrooms (including the lack of proper bathtubs), and the general poor state of the physical building.
