2. While from an operational efficiency standpoint I can understand why that was so, but it was really unpleasant to see dirty dishes sitting in the hallway for half the day.

Worth to mention is that service was poor to average for us, but we noticed that the 3 tables closest to us had problems with their orders and seemed very unpleased (a family of 4 was looking very unhappy with the food/service, another table of two were sending dishes back for getting something they hadn't ordered, and some others were muttering about the sluggish service as well).
