1. When I commented to front desk at the end of my stay about the poor valet service I'd had, the lady just smiled at me and said 'there are always problems with valet services'.

4. The breakfast was poor compared to European Hotels (they only offered fruits, cornflakes, toast and cruassants, coffee and juice) but at an additional cost you could order eggs, ommelettes and bacon.

6. I learnt that Zuma is only leasing space from the hotel, but as far as a guest is concerned, the restaurant belongs to the hotel and part of the experience and a poor one at that.
