5. We left after one night and this is the list of the problems we faced:- the room was the City view junior suite but the view was the next building wall- the room was very noisy with trucks running very early in the morning- the room was old and the decoration was very bad.

7. TV cable selection is not bad but could be better, but this is a perennial complaint of mine for most hotels in the US.

8. Next door is Viceroy just on the other side of the bridge making it perhaps more convenient and slightly closer to most offices down brickell aveThe bad :- limited roomservice: stayed for 10 nights and got a bit boring after few days having to choose from small menu.

9. When we checked out and got the usual 'how was your stay', the staff member (Indira) was very nice and seemed a bit more concerned about our bad experience, and promised to send us a complimentary stay, etc.
