1. Who doesn't love a hosted wine happy hour in the evening with snacks?Only downsides: we like our bed just a tiny bit firmer and the ceviche is not quite 'all that'.

2. (One tiny caveat, the air conditioning is motion sensor controlled, it can get a bit warm during the night or if you have been out of the room for awhile).
"Only been home one night & I miss the Epic already " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/1/2011 Vote
3. stay on the club level - it is worth the tiny bit extra.

4. We ate at both restaurants, and the pool which were all impressive and delicious, though the portions at both Area 31 and Zuma were tiny.

5. Improving on a few 'little things' would take a good hotel to great: put a coffee maker in the room; audit the room before a guest checks in--mine was missing a luggage rack and I had to ask them to bring one; when someone orders a $45 room service dinner, don't make them beg for a glass of ice water, then bring them a tiny 4 oz.
"Great Place Overall, But Misses on the Little Things " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/18/2011 Vote

7. The only tiny downside was that, even though we had 3 girls in the room, they kept forgetting to stock up again for 3 and we had to call down every day for more tea/wine glasses/coffee mugs/towels etc.
"The Epic gave us a glamorous, boutique hotel experience - bliss " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/1/2010 Vote
8. A word about Area 31: the food was only so-so and the portions were tiny.
