1. I was assured that the movie, that I could not watch, would not be billed but this still ended up on my bill when checking out- open water bottles (even if almost full) would be removed and thrown out by housekeeping; irritating.

4. We had problems with the toilet 3 mornings in a row and trouble with a/c the 3rd night which meant we slept (sort of) warm and sweaty and with the windows open, the outside noise was irritating.
