3. We stayed at the Epic hotel for two nights mid week and left on Friday morning, The hotel was nice, the bed was uncomfortable and not level (I think the box spring was broken upon arrival but was my fault for not calling the front desk to switch).

4. But the most unacceptable thing is that I discovered in our room pieces of broken glasses which could have hurt us.

5. The only problem we encountered was the fact that our fridge was broken, however once we reported it we were given drinks on the house and a new fridge was brought up by the engineer the following morning.

7. This time however, I ran into one of the hotel employees in the hallway who saw me standing with my broken (the handle was broken) ice bucket by the elevator.

I called the front desk to let them know that the ice maker was broken, but didn't get a call back to let me know that it was fixed and the woman on the line didn't even offer to have some ice brought up Since your key gets you to your floor but not others, you can't exactly use it to go to another floor to rustle up some ice so I basically resorted to stalking another guest to another floor with a working ice maker.
