Other mishaps include the double-booking of a spa service, some odd lunch and breakfast service that included mistaken orders, delays and general confusion, and some crowd control issues on the pool deck (the staff had no idea how to handle a large and loud group of pre-concert revellers who took over a significant portion of the pool deck).
