4. Furniture was ugly and many wires could be seen bellow the computer desk- the keyboard of the computer available was unstable lacking one support- the telephone was unstable lacking one support- I could not connect my laptop and I called the front desk that sent me to a central IS support team that I decided to quit after several tries- there was no table to place the plates we ordered- room smelled moldy- right after our arrival there was a technician knocking the door carrying a refrigerator to change the one in our room.

5. My only negative comment on the room itself is a lack of shelf space for clothes.

6. If I had one minor minus point, I felt it lacked a more 'relaxed' less ' formal ' bar to have a night cap in,( but thats just me)Fab stay, and only 10 minutes walk to Miami's 'Bayside', a shopping , drinking and eating location.

7. The room was perfect, it had everything you could possibly need and if you found something it lacked, simply call the front desk and they would send it right up.

9. The food was tasty and nicely presented, but we felt the menu was way too heavy on fish and lacking on other entrees.

10. The room itself was very nice (although all Kimpton rooms are nice), but we were sold on the 'club lounge' which was supposed to offer alcohol throughout the day and five snacks, for lack of a better term.
