1. I complained to the valet to ask what I needed to do, given that I'd called down, in order to get it quicker next time.

After complaining the second time this happened I did receive lots of complimentary bottles- food offered at poolside is the usual snacks, nothing special- less choice for the leisure traveller in walking distanceConclusion: Overall great experience with minor complaints and might stay again at the Epic for business but will try the Viceroy next time.

5. We enjoyed our stay here nothing to complain about, room service was prompt, staff was always helpful, and we had no problems getting our car they always brought it within 1-2 minutes.

6. We complained and they said it was two separate dishes and the restaurant does have very small portions.

7. They bought two individual plates with exactly 4 bites of food, annoyingly small portions, but we didn't complain since we thought it was one dish split into two like we had asked.

8. When I called the room service to complain the manager did say there were no notes about this in the order and simply said sorry, but didn't offer me anything.

9. The front desk staff is fast and good when checking you in, however when you start complaining about things you find an extremely unprofessional behavior that you wouldn't expect in an even 1 star hotel which is hanging up the phone to your face.
