5. One would think, the valet staff would point a hotel guest to the correct direction for finding the parking garage, but boy was I wrong.

6. During this time, the valet staff told my partner, 'Good luck finding a parking spot and you better hope he doesn't park in the wrong garage because if he does, they'll tow the car,' all while laughing.

7. In addition, I have to tell her at least 3 times that the invoice/billing is wrong as they put other people's dinning fee to my room.

8. Overall, ours was a quick stay so I can't comment to much, but all the staff we interacted with were more than helpful and we really liked the room, plus you can't go wrong with that great location.

I said, thanks, but no thanks, I want the historic room that I requested and yes, I knew the historic room did not have a lanai and I knew the bathrooms were smaller but I wanted to stay in the old part of the hotel, can't tell I am a history buff can you?? Anyway, they did not have one available and I felt like it was totally wrong to 'upgrade' me to a room not of my choosing and when I said, I would rather the old building room there was not one available.
