1. First, after a frustrating crawl through Friday afternoon traffic and getting lost on the way from the airport, I wandered all over the first floor looking and looking for the front desk.

5. The loungers with parasols are taken very early on (from around 7) & it was very frustrating to see the loungers reserved with towels, and not being used for hours at a time, even though they state that towels will be removed after 90 minutes if not used.
