1. It made sitting at the Royal's pool (normally a great peaceful experience, particularly if rob is providing his usual top-notch pool service) impossible due to the jackhammers going all day a few feet away.

From dealing with Monica, Customer Service Manager who was very helpful and responsive to emails, to rob at Check-In who was wonderful, all smiles and laughs, a professional, he provided a warm welcome with his personality and extremely helpful in taking the time to give us tips on what to see and do around the Island.
