2. Some minor negatives, dinner in the Azure restaurant was dissapointing considering the price and reputation so I would give that a miss.

4. I am flabbergasted to read the other negative reviews as apart from eratic room service (chocolates one night, not the next/forgot to service the room on more than one occasion) we could not complain about anything.

8. If you want to visit a hotel where it is extremely unlikely that you will have any negative experiences and your every whim will be catered to, then perhaps you should go to the Burg Al Arab in Dubai.
