Best things: lots of lovely lounging areas to sit and read a book at, pool and private beach areas - prime prime location, our view (we initially got upgraded without asking to a larger suite but view was terrible as was over air vents but easily requested and granted a better room with an AMAZING view of the ocean from the 6th floor), last but not least, service was A+.

5. Housekeeping was terrible, not only did they forget to replenish toiletries and tea/coffee, they also forgot to clean up the dead cockroach that was under the vanity in the powder room.

6. The room amenities were the same in both, except the suite part in ours had a step up & down of about 4' that wasn't terribly safe during the night - kind of a weird lip on the floor.
